Terms & Conditions
Review SX3 Pro policies for custom gloves, personalization, shipping, returns, exchanges, warranty and online purchases.
Before You Place Your Order
Please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order. By purchasing from SX3 Pro, you agree to the policies listed below, including our personalization guidelines, shipping terms, return conditions and warranty information.
Because custom gloves are made to order, personalization details, production timelines, returns and exchanges may differ from ready-to-ship products.
Custom Glove Personalization
SX3 Pro custom gloves are built according to the selections made by the customer during the ordering process. Please review all glove details carefully before checkout, including model, size, throwing hand, leather colors, web style, embroidery, logos, flags and any personalized text.
Once a custom glove order has been submitted, changes may not be possible if production has already started.
Name on Your Glove
When adding a name to a customized glove, customers may choose from the available font options shown during the customization process.
Names may include up to eighteen (18) characters. If your name is long, we recommend using an abbreviated version to help maintain embroidery clarity and readability. For example, instead of “Richard Johnson,” we recommend “R. Johnson.”
Please note that when longer names are embroidered into limited glove space, some letters may appear smaller or more condensed.
Phrase, Quote or Motto
Phrases, quotes or mottos may include up to eighteen (18) characters, unless otherwise stated in the custom builder.
Due to limited space on the glove, phrases are typically embroidered in the same font and color selected for the name, unless another option is available or specifically approved by SX3 Pro.
Embroidery Guidelines
Embroidery is a stitching process, not a printed or painted graphic. For that reason, certain designs, letters, shapes or details may need to be adjusted to work properly on the glove.
SX3 Pro reserves the right to alter, simplify or reject embroidery designs that are too complex, too small, unclear, inappropriate or not suitable for the embroidery process.
Logos, Images and Flags
Customers who submit logos, images or flags for embroidery should provide clean, simple and high-quality artwork.
Accepted file formats include PDF and JPEG. Submitted artwork should represent exactly what the customer wants embroidered on the glove. Please do not submit photos of a logo that require modification, redesign or cleanup.
Maximum embroidery size is approximately 2.5” x 2.5”, depending on the glove model and available space.
Because glove space is limited, SX3 Pro reserves the right to adjust the placement of names, logos, images or flags when necessary. For example, if a name and flag do not fit together in the selected thumb area, SX3 Pro may move the flag or graphic to another available location on the glove.
Leather Colors and Materials
Leather swatches, product photos and on-screen colors may not be an exact match to the final glove. Color appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, leather batches and production materials.
Leather is a natural material, and slight variations in texture, tone and finish may occur. Some break-in methods, conditioners or treatments may also affect the appearance or color of the leather over time.
Custom Glove Production Time
Custom gloves are made to order. Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks from the purchase date for your custom glove to be completed and delivered.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, seasonality, material availability, customization complexity and shipping conditions. SX3 Pro will provide tracking information once the order has shipped.
Please check your order date before requesting a production update.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-ship products, including stock gloves, batting gloves, sliding mitts, glove accessories and other in-stock items, are not custom made unless specifically stated.
In-stock items typically ship faster than custom gloves. Shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, carrier availability and destination.
Shipping Within the United States
SX3 Pro may offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Custom glove orders within the United States may qualify for free shipping when stated during checkout or in the current promotion. Standard shipping times may vary after the order leaves SX3 Pro.
Once a tracking number has been provided and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SX3 Pro is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing from the delivery location, the customer should contact the carrier directly for assistance.
International Shipping
International customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including country, state or region, city, postal code and any required address details.
International shipping may include additional fees, taxes, customs charges, import duties or delivery delays depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
SX3 Pro is not responsible for customs delays, additional import charges, refused shipments or packages held by customs authorities.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom gloves are made according to customer specifications and have a limited return or exchange policy.
Because each custom glove is built specifically for the customer, SX3 Pro does not accept returns or exchanges on custom gloves unless there is a verified manufacturing error.
Stock gloves and ready-to-ship products may be eligible for return within ten (10) days from the date the customer receives the item, provided the product is unused, in original condition and approved by SX3 Pro.
A restocking fee may apply to eligible stock glove returns.
Customers must contact SX3 Pro before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Custom Glove Return Fee
If SX3 Pro approves a return or cancellation of a custom glove for a reason other than a verified manufacturing error, a custom glove return fee may apply.
Custom glove return fees help cover production, personalization, materials and handling costs associated with made-to-order products.
Manufacturing Errors
If your custom glove arrives with a verified manufacturing error, SX3 Pro will work with you to resolve the issue.
A manufacturing error may include an incorrect color, incorrect throwing hand, incorrect model, incorrect embroidery or another production mistake that differs from the approved order details.
If a manufacturing error is confirmed, SX3 Pro may replace or remake the glove at no additional cost to the customer.
Manufacturing error claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and must include clear photos of the issue, the order number and the customer’s contact information.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout.
SX3 Pro is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect spelling, wrong size, wrong throwing hand, incorrect color selections, incorrect shipping address or any other customer-selected option.
Order Cancellations
Custom glove orders may not be canceled once production has started.
If a cancellation request is submitted before production begins, SX3 Pro will review the request and determine whether cancellation is possible. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed.
Ready-to-ship orders may not be canceled once they have been processed, packed or shipped.
Rush Orders
If rush production is available and selected at checkout, the rush fee applies only to the accelerated production service and does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.
If SX3 Pro offers a rush production guarantee, the specific terms of that guarantee will apply as stated at the time of purchase.
Rush fees, timelines and availability may change depending on production volume and seasonality.
Glove Care and Break-In
SX3 Pro recommends using glove conditioner designed specifically for leather baseball and softball gloves.
To help break in your glove, apply conditioner with a clean cloth and work it gently into the leather. Playing catch and shaping the pocket with a ball are recommended ways to help form the glove naturally.
After playing catch, place a ball in the pocket and wrap the glove to help maintain its shape.
Do not place your glove in a microwave, oven, dryer or direct excessive heat. Do not submerge your glove in water. These methods can damage the leather and may void the warranty.
Product Images and Website Information
SX3 Pro works to display product images, colors, descriptions and pricing as accurately as possible. However, product images may vary slightly from the final item due to screen settings, lighting, production materials or natural leather variations.
SX3 Pro reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, adjust promotions or modify website content at any time without prior notice.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period.
Discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated. Some products, custom options, shipping fees or limited items may be excluded from promotions.
SX3 Pro reserves the right to modify, pause or cancel promotions at any time.
Payment and Checkout
All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless another payment option is available and selected during purchase.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that all payment, billing and shipping information is accurate and authorized.

For questions about your order, custom glove details, shipping status or warranty claim, please contact SX3 Pro with your order number, full name and the email used during checkout.
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with SX3 Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our personalization guidelines, shipping terms, return policy, warranty conditions and glove care recommendations.
SX3 Pro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page will apply to purchases made after the date of publication.
