We know a custom glove is a personal purchase. Whether you are building your first SX3 Pro glove or ordering another one for your game, here are the answers players, parents and coaches ask most before placing an order.

Custom Gloves
How long does it take to receive my custom SX3 Pro glove?
Most custom SX3 Pro gloves take approximately 6–10 weeks from the purchase date to be completed and delivered.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, seasonality, material availability, customization details and shipping conditions. Once your glove ships, SX3 Pro will provide tracking information.
During high-volume periods or holidays, additional time may apply.
Why does a custom glove take several weeks?
Each custom glove is made according to the selections submitted by the customer. That includes the glove model, size, throwing hand, leather colors, web style, embroidery, logos, flags and other personalized details.
Because every custom glove is built to order, production requires time for customization, finishing, quality review and shipping.
Can I make changes after placing my custom glove order?
Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Please review all custom glove details carefully before checkout, including spelling, colors, glove size, throwing hand, embroidery, logos and any personalized text. If you notice an issue after placing your order, contact SX3 Pro as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I personalize my glove?
Yes. Depending on the model and available options, you can personalize your glove with leather colors, trim, web style, embroidery, names, phrases, logos, flags and other custom details.
Available customization options may vary by glove type or model.
How many characters can I use for my name, phrase or motto?
Names, phrases, quotes or mottos may include up to eighteen (18) characters, unless the custom builder states otherwise.
For longer names, we recommend using an abbreviated version to help keep embroidery clean and readable. For example, instead of “Richard Johnson,” we recommend “R. Johnson.”
Can I add a logo, image or flag to my glove?
Yes. SX3 Pro can add approved logos, images or flags, depending on the glove model and available embroidery space.
Artwork should be clean, simple and high quality. Accepted file formats include PDF and JPEG. The maximum embroidery size is approximately 2.5” x 2.5”, depending on the glove and placement.
Because embroidery is stitched, not printed, very complex artwork may need to be simplified or may not be accepted.
Will the leather color look exactly like it does online?
Leather swatches and product images may not be an exact match to the final glove.
Color can vary because of screen settings, lighting, natural leather variation, production materials and leather batches. Leather is a natural material, so slight differences in texture, tone and finish are normal.
Sizing & Fit
What size glove should I buy?
Glove size depends on your position, age, hand size and playing preference.
SX3 glove sizes are measured from the top of the index finger down to the bottom of the palm. Measurements are listed in inches.
If you are unsure which size to choose, we recommend reviewing the glove sizing information, asking your coach or speaking with a professional baseball or softball trainer before placing your order.
Can I build a glove for baseball or softball?
Yes. SX3 Pro offers custom glove options for both baseball and softball players.
You can start by choosing your sport and then selecting the position that best matches your game, including infield, outfield, first base or catcher.
Which glove should I choose for my position?
Every position has different glove needs.
Infield players often prefer quicker transfers and more control. Outfield players may prefer more reach and a deeper pocket. First base players need a mitt built for receiving and scooping. Catchers need durability, structure and confidence behind the plate.

Ready-to-Ship Products
How fast do ready-to-ship products go out?
Ready-to-ship products typically ship faster than custom gloves.
Stock gloves and in-stock products usually ship within 2–3 business days, depending on availability, order volume and carrier conditions.
What happens if a stock product is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable or temporarily out of stock, SX3 Pro may contact you with an update, an estimated timeline or available options.
Availability can change quickly, especially during busy seasons or limited product drops.
Are ready-to-ship products custom made?
No. Ready-to-ship products are in-stock items unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
This may include stock gloves, batting gloves, sliding mitts, glove accessories and other products available for faster shipping.
Shipping & Tracking
Does SX3 Pro offer free shipping?
SX3 Pro may offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Shipping offers, minimum order amounts and promotions may change, so please review the current shipping message and checkout details before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, SX3 Pro will provide tracking information when available.
For custom glove updates, use the Order Tracking page or contact SX3 Pro with your order number, full name and the email used at checkout.
Why has my custom glove not shipped yet?
Custom gloves move through multiple stages before shipping, including production, personalization, finishing and quality review.
If your order is still within the estimated production timeline, it may still be in progress. Please check your order date before requesting an update.
Is SX3 Pro responsible for carrier delays or missing packages?
Once a tracking number has been provided and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may depend on the carrier.
SX3 Pro is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the destination.
International customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including country, state or region, city, postal code and any required address details.
Additional customs fees, import duties, taxes or delivery delays may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Can I return a custom glove?
Custom gloves are made according to the customer’s specifications, so returns and exchanges are limited.
SX3 Pro does not accept returns or exchanges on custom gloves unless there is a verified manufacturing error.
Please review all custom details carefully before placing your order.
What is the return policy for stock gloves?
Stock gloves may be eligible for return within ten (10) days from the date the customer receives the item, provided the glove is unused, in original condition and approved by SX3 Pro.
A restocking fee may apply to eligible stock glove returns.
Customers must contact SX3 Pro before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
What counts as a manufacturing error?
A manufacturing error may include an incorrect color, incorrect throwing hand, incorrect model, incorrect embroidery or another production mistake that differs from the approved order details.
If a manufacturing error is confirmed, SX3 Pro will work with you on a replacement or remake solution.
What should I do if my glove arrives with a manufacturing issue?
Contact SX3 Pro as soon as possible with your order number, full name, the email used at checkout and clear photos of the issue.
The team will review your claim and determine the next steps.
Are SX3 Pro gloves under warranty?
SX3 Pro gloves may include warranty coverage for workmanship or manufacturing-related issues.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper break-in methods, excessive heat, water damage, neglect or unauthorized modifications.
For warranty questions, contact SX3 Pro with your order details and photos of the issue.
Glove Care
How should I break in my new glove?
SX3 Pro recommends using glove conditioner designed specifically for leather baseball and softball gloves.
Apply conditioner with a clean cloth and gently work it into the leather. Playing catch and shaping the pocket naturally are great ways to help break in your glove.
After playing catch, place a ball in the pocket and wrap the glove to help maintain its shape.
What should I avoid when breaking in my glove?
Do not place your glove in a microwave, oven, dryer or direct excessive heat. Do not submerge your glove in water.
These methods can damage the leather and may void the warranty.
Payments, Promotions & Support
Can I use a discount code?
If a discount code or promotion is active, it must be applied during checkout.
Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period and may not be combined unless specifically stated. Some products, custom options or shipping fees may be excluded.
Can I cancel my order?
Ready-to-ship orders may not be canceled once they have been processed, packed or shipped.
Custom glove orders may not be canceled once production has started. If you need to request a cancellation, contact SX3 Pro as soon as possible with your order number.
Who do I contact if I need help before ordering?
If you need help choosing a glove, selecting a size, reviewing customization options or understanding the ordering process, contact the SX3 Pro team before checkout.
